How do I book?
Select Book your glam to open our live Acuity calendar. Choose your service, an available date and time, then enter your details and complete any required payment. Your appointment is confirmed by Acuity when you finish the booking process.
What should I do before I arrive?
Please arrive with a fresh face and no makeup. Makeup is supplied for your appointment; bringing your own is optional. Please attend alone, as plus ones are not permitted.
How does the deposit work?
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Follow the payment options shown in Acuity when booking and review the booking terms before paying. Your remaining balance can be paid in cash or through PayPal, as agreed with Glambydomm. Please wait for your booking confirmation.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Please make contact at least 48 hours before cancelling or rescheduling. Your agreed booking terms apply. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
Are there late fees or premium slots?
More than 10 minutes late: an extra £10. More than 20 minutes late: your appointment is cancelled. Slots before 9am, after 7pm or on Sundays are an extra £15. Emergency slots, if available, are an extra £15. Selected festive dates have a £20 supplement. Please confirm any applicable extras before booking.
When are new appointments released?
Monthly appointments are released on the 23rd at 8pm, UK time. The Acuity calendar shows the appointments currently available to book.
